Pool Parties & Rentals

There are two types of rentals available at Fairfields: 

1. Personal rentals - non-exclusive use of the pool for both members and non-members, with members enjoying a discounted rate. A great idea for birthday parties, grad parties, bigger family gatherings, etc
2. Contract rentals - for teams, organizations or special programs 

Personal Rentals

For the 2026 season, the pool is available to rent during on peak and off peak family swim pool hours. This rental provides the requester and his/her invitees with non-exclusive use of the swimming pool and non-exclusive use of the remainder of the site, including the side yard and the parking lot.

Rental Rates:

*Guest passes may be purchased and used when members bring 1 to 8 non-members

 **A $200 security depost cheque is required for all non members renting the pool, to be refunded after the rental if not required for damage coverage. 

For all personal rentals a deposit of $50 is required to secure the rental booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to pool use. The deposit will be forfeited for cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the event. The entire pool rental fee will be refunded if the pool is closed due to thunder/lightening or for any other reason deemed necessary by Fairfields Swimming Club.

Contract Rentals 

Looking for dedicated pool time for your team, organization, or special program? Our swimming club is now offering contract rental options designed to meet the needs of swim teams, aquatic fitness groups, community organizations and summer camps.
