Please submit the hours you have volunteered
online
by September 30, 2013. All volunteer cheques for hours not recorded will be cashed on October 1, 2013.
Once you have completed & recorded your hours your post-dated cheque will be destroyed on October 15th, 2013. Please
notify us
before October 15th if you would prefer to have your cheque returned to you. If you make this request it will be available for pick-up at the Annual General Meeting on Tuesday November 19th at Christ Church (1700 Mazo Crescent) at 7.00PM.
