Calling all party planners! If you love to plan and organize events, this role is for you. It will also fulfill your volunteer credits so it's a win-win!

Events Coordinator

What you would be doing:

• Plan (ie. activities, schedule) and coordinate at least one event (e.g., Movie Night or Video Game Night)
• Organize logistics (tables, volunteers, supplies, timing, food)
• Work with fundraising, volunteer, and social media teams to develop and execute marketing for event 

Good fit if you:

• Enjoy planning fun experiences
• Like seeing an event come together
• Prefer a project with a clear start and finish

Support provided:
You’ll have collaboration from other coordinators and board members. There will be volunteers to help on the day of the event.

Estimated commitment:
Focused planning leading up to the event, then event-day coordination.
