We are looking for someone to market and coordinate some sponsorship for Fairfields so we can continue to run our beloved pool.

This position can be shared or split and is a great way to get your volunteer hours and credits!

Sponsorship Coordinator

What you would be doing:

• Market an existing sponsorship package (already created!)
• Help develop a simple outreach plan (eg. email or pamphlet drop-offs)
• Manage enquiries and contracts with potential sponsors
• Track outreach and contracts using a prepared spreadsheet

Good fit if you:

• Are comfortable sending emails or making introductions
• Like building community connections
• Prefer structured tasks with clear tools

Support provided:
Templates, sponsorship materials, and tracking tools are ready to use. Regular support and feedback from board members.

Estimated commitment:
Light and flexible; mostly outreach-based.
