Base fee:
Fairfields would like to introduce our first Fitness Boot Camp where we welcome women and men aged 13+ at any level of fitness (modifications provided). Your class will provide a total-body workout (each session is one hour) that combines:
  • Circuit training
  • Agility drills
  • Sports conditioning
  • Core strengthening
  • Body sculpting and body weight resistance training
  • Full body dynamic exercises
  • HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
  • Cardiovascular challenges
  • Plyometric (explosive) moves
Instructor: Stephanie Gore
Dates: Monday at 6:00 PM - 7:00PM
    Thursday at 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM
Duration: Running from July 4 - 31, 2013
Ages: 13+ up
Location: On the grass at Fairfields 
Cost: $30.00 monthly pass or $5.00 drop-in rate

This program will run at an introductory rate of $30.00 for the month of July (8 - 1 hour classes) or $5.00 per class.  The funds raised through this program will help to subsidize the raising cost of our Citi*Swim program.  

Depending on turnout and response Fairfields will look at continuing running this program through August for an additional fee to be determined.
