Agenda
6-6:30p – Games – Mini PanAm…Swimming, diving, syncro
6:30-7:30p – dinner and open swim
7:30-8p – Junior waterpolo (kids 3-12)
8p-9p – Adult waterpolo (ages 13+) – did you know that Fairfields adults play waterpolo every Wednesday evening?
Potluck
Potluck is open to all. We ask that you bring more that you hope/plan to eat and that everyone bring at least one item from the categories below.
Pop, water juice will be available for sale at $1.00 for pop and $0.50 for water/juice.
What can you bring?
Supplies (one volunteer to bring plates, cutlery, napkins and table clothes)
Entrees (examples: lasagna, meatballs, perogies, pastas, hotdogs)
Salads (examples : lettuce salads, quinoa salads, veggies and dip)
Desserts (examples: watermelon, fruit salad, cookies, cupcakes, freezies)
You can sign up online or sign up at the pool!!
Volunteers needed
2 for setup
2 for help with food and distribution
2 for cleanup and tear down
1 to sell drink tickets
This event will run rain or shine.
